I'm a 6/2 Sacral Generator, Content Creator, and Coach designed to use my energy and excitement to create connections and relationships with others, to help them achieve their own dreams. And here's the funny thing; when I first came up with my mission statement, "I'm here to show you how to level up your life in all areas and become your own Dream Girl," I DIDN'T KNOW MY HUMAN DESIGN YET. What?? How is it possible that what I felt the most guided to do with my life perfectly aligned with my unique Human Design? That's the magic of Human Design. After years of consuming and testing dozens, if not hundreds, of self improvement methods, finding and implementing Human Design changed my life more than most of them combined. In living my design, I discovered less resistance, more joy, more ease, more intuitive decisions (that were right), and more confidence in myself. And at the end of the day, if this all proves to be wrong, I’d rather live my life by a set of guidelines that resonates with me and that feels aligned, than be stuck in an endless spiral of trying things that don’t work. Don’t you? Human Design has helped me manage my energy, refine my habits, create better relationships, and optimize my business. Once I personally experienced the power of living my design, I knew with my entire soul (and Sacral Intuition!) that I wanted to give this gift to women everywhere. I have since developed a coaching framework that combines Human Design Insights, Inner Work Tools, Feminine Energy Embodiment Practices, and Aligned Manifestation insights to help you create your dream life!
